This Vauld corporate update confirms key restructuring milestones, including court sanction and the effective date of the Scheme.
Background to the restructuring process
Prior to scheme implementation, Vauld engaged Kroll Pte Limited as financial advisor and Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP as legal advisor in Singapore.
Those appointments supported court applications, moratorium efforts, and evaluation of available Vauld Restructuring paths.
Court approval and effective date
The Scheme of Arrangement under section 210 of the Companies Act was approved by the required creditor majority and sanctioned by the Singapore Court on 10 August 2023.
After the court order was lodged with ACRA, the scheme became effective on 16 August 2023.
